We completed our first Built-to-Suit (BTS) project for corporate major Aptiv Connection Systems Ltd., Kochi.
Facility Details: The unit comprises 1,50,000 Sq Ft provided at Arakkunnam, Kerala.
The project was handed over in just 13 months, despite Covid uncertainties, price escalations, and heavy rainfalls.
Global Standard: The facility is considered their best in the whole country and is rated as one of the better planned & Energy efficient plants Aptiv possesses worldwide.
Leasing Terms: Functioning on a 10-year lock-in period with an option to extend.
Client Credibility: Aptiv is part of the Fortune 500 group company Delphi systems.
Impact: The plant supports 1350 employees and does a volume of about 100 million US dollars.
